80 一位8歲女童，主訴胸悶、胸部X光片及CT如圖示，最正確的診斷應為：

 淋巴瘤 畸胎瘤（teratoma）

胸腺瘤（thymoma） 胸腺囊腫（thymic cyst）

it is teratoma

look at the dense whitish image at upper part of the sternum

that is hard hard calcium!!!!!! the only answer is teratoma

cant be thymic cyst. i think is more of heart chambers
