Peripheral neuropathy, abnormal gait, loss of balance, loss of proprioception and vibratory senses, blindness due to optic atrophy, depression, loss of memory, and psychiatric disorders may occur.

in adult! it is the vitamin B12 that jive with the neuro plus megaloblastic anemia problem!
